Then we will set up a team of professionals which will consist of an accountant, an auditor, a tax consultant, a lawyer and a notary public and we will conclude an agency contract on ensuring the turn-key order with full responsibility for keeping legal terms and acts in the course of merger so that no problems occur during the registration of the merger in the companies register.
