Expert service

As part of our activities we offer services of an authorized expert in accordance with the Act 36/1967 of the Collection of Laws on authorized experts and translators in the present wording. We provide expert services in economics and the following branches and specializations:

• Price and valuation
• Expert reports - financial reporting
• Expert reports - different economic branches – taxes

Expert reports on valuation of companies and business shares are in many cases a necessity as they are required by the commercial code, e.g. in the transformation of the company, in the transfer of business shares, etc. The coordination of project preparation with the expert’s work speeds up the process of preparation and implementation of these operations.

Sometimes there are situations when it is necessary to know the value of the whole company or its part at the time of preparing important capital transactions, e.g. accession of a new partner, termination of the partner’s participation, valuation of settlement amounts, etc.

Expert reports on accounting and taxes help find solutions to complex and difficult problems in important business operations.
