New generation
The information system LCS Helios IQ was introduced in the Czech market in the autumn of 1999 and it is the new generation of the well-known Helios economic system. LCS Helios has been on the market for almost 13 years and has been used by over 2,500 users. LCS Helios has become very popular with users as well as with experts and has been awarded the quality award "Czech made" several times.
Principle of modules
The system is arranged in modules, which can be used separately or in combinations. It means that the system modules are divided into the smallest components so each client can buy only those tools they will really need.
Effective solutions for the production, services and trade The module "Production" including technical preparation, capacity planning and production management, as well as product variations and quality management, is a suitable option for manufacturing companies. Trading companies prefer the module "Circulation of goods ", which offers serial number recording, transformation of units of measurement during the movement of goods, using bar codes and automation of custom clearance. The module "Customs" is very popular thanks to its analytical range which is unmatched by other products. The module "Mobile shop" offers the possibility to connect movable devices so that data can be obtained from anywhere. Retailers will appreciate the modules "Over-the-counter sale " and "Internet shop". Forwarding and transporting companies will make use of the module "Collective service", which provides solutions for sea, container and air transport. The alternative to this module is "Regular transport” module. There is also the CRM module intended for the client relationship management and the module "Managerial evaluation" for further processing of required data using tables and graphs.
International solutions
LCS Helios IQ is the ideal solution for international companies operating in the Czech Republic or companies employing foreigners. The basic system configuration is set to Czech, but the terminology including control features and commentary is also available in English and German versions. It is possible to switch from one language to another while working. The system is fully represented in Slovakia and is adjusted to international financial reporting, supports the euro and other foreign currencies.
Pleasant graphic environment
The look and control of the system are based on the requirements of ergonomics. Those who are used to working in a Microsoft Windows environment will find it easy to control the system, with the usual simple controls in the graphic environment.
Latest technology
The system is developed in the Delphi language. Following the trends of development in information technologies, it is built on the basis of multilayer client/server architecture, which guarantees higher data security, stability and speed of access to the required data. Microsoft SQL Server is used as the database. The system is closely connected to Microsoft products, in particular, MS Office. LCS Helios IQ system can be operated in MS Windows 9x, NT, 2000, Me, XP or 2003 operation systems , both on the Internet or on a separate computer. The whole system operates in real time, all participants are connected online. Communication between remote workplaces and data transfer between them is fully supported.
