Solution description

The aim of the solution described is to make our clients free from worries about hardware purchase, running and maintenance. It includes the latest technologies which in many cases the client has to buy from other subcontractors. We take care of the client’s data maintenance and software upgrade. Thanks to close cooperation with manufacturers, the information system minimizes risks of problems caused by changes.

System stability is defined in the service level agreement (SLA).

System security and access

System security has several levels.

The first level of security covers also data transfer security. These are virtual private networks (VPN) which may authorize individual users up to the level of personal certificates. VPN provides protection of the line by encryption and is also able to compress transferred data.

The second level of security is to provide mutual protection of users and system protection against external and internal intrusion. These two levels are ensured by a special hardware device (a firewall).

The third level of security is an application and it is part of the implementation and setting up of access rights of users to particular modules of the accounting system and other applications.
