Examples of using Remote Access Accounting:

  • Original documents (invoices, receipt vouchers, issue cards, receipts) are entered and printed directly from the Helios Orange information system and our accountants may handle the documents immediately.
  • Data is available to the clients all the time, they may anytime work with it, they do not have to phone to the accounting company and ask for the requested data – e.g. amount of balance of outstanding invoices.
  • The clients may work with their data from various places, e.g. from the shop or warehouse, from other premises, from their home, from the notebook when they are on holiday.
  • There are no delays in data flow in the input – accounting – payment – account file process.
  • The Helios Orange information system knows all the communication protocols of all our banks and so fast downloading of bank statements is possible and their integration in the system is ensured.
  • The clients may also use the service of making charging orders and their import directly to the information system of their bank.
  • If agreed by the client, it is also possible to use remote access for running operational tasks, such as warehouse management, logistics, intrastat, production and customer relationship management.
