Technical Infromation
Helios Orange information and economic system is designed to operate in the system environment of Microsoft.
System environment recommended for the operation of the information and economic system:
· Recommended desktop operation system (operation system of the PC user) is MS Windows XP Professional, MS Vista.
· Recommended server operation system is MS Windows Server 2003, or MS Windows XP Professional (for < 5 users).
· Recommended database server is MS SQL Server 2005, for mono installation MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition.
· MS Internet Explorer 6.0 (or a higher version).
· Installed service pack for the selected operation system and MS SQL server.
Minimal configuration
The stated requirements for hardware and software on which you will operate the Helios Orange system are the absolute minimum, i.e. mandatory for installation and basic launch of the SQL server and Helios Orange. Other applications operated on the station or on the server, which increase requirements for hardware, are not taken into account.
The size of the database of Helios Orange information and economic system is also not taken into account (must be considered separately), which can significantly affect the requirements for the server hardware, mainly for the size of the operation memory (Microsoft recommends MS SQL 2005 Server and the same memory size as the size of the database/-s operated ).
