TOP SERVIS Project

Within the framework of the declared strategy of high quality of our company (whose primary goals are given at the address Strategie jakosti služeb) we have prepared a project TOP SERVIS with the help of which we want to give quite a unique certified training to the employees of our company at all management levels in accounting and audit. The aim of the project is also to create 10 new jobs which we are also going to offer, as part of the project, for certified continuous training. The outcome of the two-year project will be a team of experts. Individual members will be awarded a certificate as accounting assistants, balance accountants and an accounting expert.

Our partner in training in the TOP SERVIS project is the Institute of Accountants Union, Prague. This partner was chosen because it has a professional training team and because it has gained wide international recognition for the quality of its certification system of accountant training and its comparability and compatibility with training systems abroad.

After termination of the project our company staff will be able to show that they have quite unique qualifications in the field, which will be important for receiving orders, which will be a competitive advantage not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. This will also be an essential prerequisite for successful team activities even abroad.

These are some examples of international recognition of certificates:

  • In 1999 European Management Accountants Association (EMAA) declared that the level of the certificate of a balance accountant is comparable with the degree “Bilanzbuchhalter”in the member states of EMAA (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). This declaration is an appendix to the above-mentioned certificate.
  • In July 2001 the Chamber of French Expert Accountants (Ordre des Experts-Comptables –OEC) carried out an analysis of the system of accountant certification in the Czech Republic and made a comparison with the requirements of the Eighth Directive of the Council of Europe, Recommendations of IFAC (IEG2, 9 and 11 and Study no. 1) and Recommendations of UNCTAD (Main requirements for the national qualification of a profession of an accountant – UNCTAD/ITE/EDS/9 United Nations, 1999). The certificate issued by OEC confirms the compatibility of the system with the above-mentioned reference materials in all the essential features.
  • The Union of Accountants further closely cooperates with ACCA, which promotes the development of accountancy on a worldwide basis. At present there are more than 90 000 members working in many countries. ACCA is a guarantor of the level of certification of accountants in the Czech Republic and encourages its further development. In October 2001 a joint declaration of cooperation and recognition of examinations between ACCA and the Union of Accountants was signed. In case of entering ACCA, a number of examinations will be recognized to the bearers of certificates issued by the Union of Accountants.

Our project TOP SERVIS was submitted for approval of the grant from the government funds of the Czech Republic and the European Social Fund. It was successful and on 24 March 2006 an agreement on contribution was signed. This will certainly facilitate a good start of the project. The main partner of the project TOP SERVIS is Trade Wind Ltd.. The key suppliers are A.D.P. net, Ltd. and the Vladimir Pavlicek Company.

In the course of submitting the TOP SERVIS project for approval of the grant we realized and verified at the same time that in the future we will be able to help our clients prepare their projects for funding from European Union Structural Funds. We will be pleased to help you.

It will be a pleasure for us to welcome those who are interested in teamwork and who are eager to learn continuously and who are able to work hard according to criteria which are given at the address Career. Thanks to the project TOP SERVIS our company will develop very quickly and we will need professional co-workers.
