Description of Solution

The solution helps our clients get rid of worries about purchasing, operations and hardware maintenance. In most cases, these are the most up-to-date technologies, which the client has to "buy" from sub-contractors. On behalf of the client, we also take care of data maintenance and software upgrades. Risks associated with updates and upgrades of the IS are minimized through our close relationships with the vendors.

The whole stability of the system is defined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

System Security and Access

The system is secured on multiple levels.

Security Level 1 also covers the security of data transmissions. These virtual private networks (VPNs) can authorise individual users up to the level of personal certificates. The VPN also protects the data line through encryption and can also compress the data.

Security Level 2 serves to help users protect each other, as well as the system from external and internal breaches. These two levels are provided by a firewall.

Security Level 3 is covered on the level of applications, and is part of the implementation phase and user-access rights to individual models of the accounting system and other applications.
